FORLAN is a pilot project co-financed by the European Union and aimed at testing novel learning strategies for the acquisition of basic skills by adult learners with little training in literacy, computing or digital skills. The ultimate goal is to help such learners find better, longer-term jobs.

To this end, the project will set out to customise contents and learning methods, adapting them to individual needs. It will also make improvements in the initial skill assessment system for better evaluation, in order to make more homogeneous groups of learners, etc. Finally, the project includes a proposal for the certification of the training acquired.
